Battelle Memorial Institute: Spearhead is a team member on the Design Engineering Support Program (DESP) II contract with the U.S. Air Force. This contract vehicle offers rapid access to high quality engineering and technical services to numerous government agencies to improve the productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency of maintenance, repair, and operational support activities.
